Is there any Guarantee for the products I purchase?

Yes, we undertake and give you 100% guarantee that every single product sold on HOMCART.COM are brand new and there is guarantee as provided by the manufacturer. In case the product you received is DEFECTIVE  or 'Not as Described', our Friendly Returns policy covers it in lofty friendly manner.


How the resolution of my purchase issue will be done?

It is quite easy and straightforward. Possible resolution could be Exchange, Replacement, or Refund in case we are unable to provide a Replacement/Exchange. All this is backed by the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee fixed by HOMCART.COM


Will I receive my shipping cost back if I return?

Yes, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping cost incurred in return process.


What is the process exactly for returning the item?

To return the item, you can simply do the following:

1- Call our customer service line: (+971) 52 3277365 between 9:00 am-6:00 pm.

or send us email to: cs@homcart.com within 7 business days from the day your order is delivered.

2- You will receive a reply the same day or our customer support team will contact you to learn more about the issue. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services to collect the item from your doorstep.

3- Pack the item in its packaging and original state. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.  

4- Once your returned item is received, we will check it and process your refund/exchange /replacement as per your wish at soonest possible and strictly within the due time. You will receive notification at every step of the process, such as (item/ items received back, exchange/replacement/refund under process/ refund done/shipment on its way, the expected date and time to receive your order.


Is there any exception? 

It is rare and least often HOMCART Returns policy may depend on the type of the product that you have purchased. There are specific situations where it is difficult for us to support returns.

Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, and accessories.

Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

Any consumable item that has been used or installed.

Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.


How can I receive refund?

Once we received the return item, your full amount will be refunded only through the Original Mode of Payment.


What are the items that cannot be returned?

Certain products including inner wear, lingerie, socks, clothing cannot be returned once it has been opened and used for obvious reasons. 


How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?

Usually, our courier service will contact you within 3 business days from the day you placed your request. However, it might take 5 days to collect the items from your door step.


Can I return my item after 7 days?

As per our Returns policy, you can return the item within 7 business days to get  a full refund. There might be circumstances in which you were unable to return the items within the 7 days, in such cases please contact our Customer Service Team (+971) 523277365 or place a complaint and send to cs@homcart.com. Complaints are handled on case by case basis. However, all acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws are honored even outlined duration. 


I lost the Original Packaging in which I received the item, how can I still return it?

We accept the returned items only in its original box and packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in case you have lost the original packing, please contact our Customer Service Team (+971) 523277365. We will try our best to sort it out based on our general customer service policy that says (every single customer must be honored at HOMCART.COM


Who pays for the shipping charges, when I return an item?

You can return your purchased item for FREE. HOMCART pays for all the shipping costs and will refund your amount in full. In case, any cost involved in return process will be refunded along with your full amount of your purchase.



Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packaging and accessories.

Generally, at HOMCART.COM, we try our best to offer you a Hassle-free Returns experience. We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns. In most of the cases we deliver the replacement/exchange while we do the pickup of the items.
